Turkish Get-ups, crunches

10 Turkish Get-ups alternating arms, 45lbs bar
50 Crunches

Supposed to be day off but came in to get Darrin his last day for the week.  Nice little WOD, Turkish get ups suck so to be able to do them in a nice controlled pace and workout was nice.
