Crunches, Push-ups and Body Squats

April 28th Tilled and Planted second row of potatoes

Back has been a mess all month.  This is actually the only work I have been able to do.  No push ups no crunches.  Almost a total reset and regression.  Time to get back together and start working out again.

Tilled the garden for about 2 hours.  Pretty beat up.
