Pull-ups were all strict.  The last set I did 5 slow full extension chest to bar.  My back is killing me from sitting to much in a tree stand and having a guest speaker in class. I was short time any way tonight.  At least I got one in.

In a rush with the schedule tonight.  Just wanted to get in a quick burn.  I have to look up how fast I have done 100 pull-ups when I am in shape.  These splits are horrible.  I have also lost my full range of motion with body squats.  I got 90deg but could not go deep the way I used to with deep fluid motion.
