7 - 2:36.86 = 16:28 to finish the ring L-sit
I was not to worried about this one going into it. As we got started we both were nervous for some reason with good reason. This one hurt. I finished 6 rounds and 15 C to B's. Went ahead and finished the round. This put a hurt on both of us.
