KB Swings = 1:47.04
Sit-ups = 1:34.83
Dumbell H.C. = 3:11.63
Burpee/J.R. = 3:40.0 = simulate running and 800

Daniel and I did this today because of the weather. I had shoveled all day yesterday and I did not think I could do the powercleans with my back for very heavy weight. The workout went pretty smooth. The rope climbs were a ton better than I thought.
