Back Squat, single arm hang, turkish get-ups, L-sit

Started day with light back squat, all were below parallel

WOD
Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
Single arm hang, right arm, 15 seconds
45lb barbell Turkish Get-up, left arm, 5 reps
Single arm hang left arm, 15 seconds
45lb barbell Turkish Get-up, left arm 5 reps
30 second L-sit hold
Splits
1 - 6:39
2 - 8:52
3 - 8:46
Total time: 24:18 

Third day in a row and workout number 4 in 3 days.  Pooped out!  My L-sits sucked.  I am worn slick.
