Day 6 Cross Fit
100 standing high pulls (SDHP) with 45lb bar. Bar rows
50 dumbell Snatches (Snatch) 20 lb dumbell too light need more weight next time
75 SDHP
35 SNACH
50 SDHP
20 SNACH
20 lb dumbel was to light. SDHP first set did from waist , last 2 sets did from shins, back warmed up and felt decent.
