Sets with reps
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Pullups: Set of 10 did them all, Set of 9 did them all, next set did 3reg/6 with bench, sets 7-1 did with bench.
31" Box jumps: Did great here with hip through. Very happy with this.
G.H.S. : Glut Ham sit up, Did abreviated did not touch the ground 8 inches above touched blocking pad.
Each set was a cycle through. First set was ten pullups, ten box jumps then 10 G.H.S., then same cutting down to 9 then 8 down to 1 of each pullup, jump, GHS.
