Walking lunge, 100 ft

50 Squats

25 Back extensions

Pretty sick today. Woke up sick for morning practice. Have been sick all day. Bad head cold or allgeries. Whole body hurtsWent ahead and hit the work out hoping to push this through my system. First round of lunge ok then hit squats and was shot by number 20. Back hurting pretty bad tonight too. TIme sucked just did not have the steam today. Been a long day.
