7 sets for time 3 front squat, 7 L-Pullups

7 sets for time: 9:51 seconds

3 reps front squat 115 lbs

7 reps L-pullups; Did first 2 sets pretty solid then got 3 of the 3rd set and had to use bench with one leg resting on bench. Getting better at pull ups but still having to cheat to finish sets
