Third day of Cross Fit
Not really a full cross fit workout Very sore from day before
25 crunches,
135 bench press x 4
95 lb dead lift x 4
10 lb wall ball throws x 4
With Daniel we did Decline Dumbell flys after 55lbs x 10, 60lbs x 10, 70lbs x 8, 50lbs x 10
Monday 5/11 - OPT Repeats - Day 57
