This one was awesome. I seem to have a groove for the wall ball Daniel started before me and I caught him on the wall ball. Rings are not bad. Daniel set them to a height so that I started in knee position, pulled up to start with only toes behind and on ground then lifted body and feet off ground in a dip motion. I hope to get these to a full muscle up soon. I was sick last night at the meet and my back was hurting pretty good. I was worried about today WOD. We will see tonight but I feel pretty good. Great to be back in the room with Bayless seems to have been a while though it was not but a few days.
