I thought this was going to end me. I am in horrible shape and my back has been killing me for 2 weeks. I took my heart rate after round 2 at 30 sec into the rest. I was at 185+. After the WOD it took 8 minutes to get back down to 120. I was struggling for breath the whole time. Rough day.
