20 Toes-to-bar
30 KB @ 55lbs
40 Jumprope - singles
1 Plate-push @ 45lbs
1 min rest

Total time with rest - 13:51
Did two more sets of 20 toes to bar to end with 100 total toes to bar.

The plan was 5 rounds.  I felt like I was going to die after round 2.  I bailed out after 3 rounds.  I don't know what the deal was.  I wonder if I am coming down with something.  Girls did one too.
