Did this with the girls this evening in the family room. Girls used 8 and 10 lb dumbbells. You can see Missy working hard laying in the lazy boy chair. My bicep muscle from last year that was injured is starting to flair up. I have been doing pull-ups and have been achy but no more than that. Tonight sitting here typing I am experiencing a throb. Makes no sense at all. I rested the muscle all fall. Wish I had a grip on what the problem is.
