10 Pull-ups
15 Box jumps
20 Toes to bar
25 Push-ups narrow
30 Lunges
35 Jump rope (singles)
1 min rest

Total w/ rest - 31:01

I am writing this 4 hours after I finished.  My hips, knees and just about everything is hurting.  This was way tougher than I thought it would be.  I am exhausted.
