Rode Fartlek with the boys on a busted bike

I am posting these workouts separate because my legs were fried after this ride.  We went Red Barn 4 so hills. Bike seat was way down and only one gear.  My legs were toast and it was just over 4 miles. The boys did 5 surges -60, 60, 90, 90, 60.
