Burpee, Push-up, Jumping Jack, Butterfly Sit-up, 1 second hand stand = one rep
Very different WOD today. This was main page, but why I love CrossFit. Totally random. I am exhausted and could not seem to push. I was also worried that I was coming down too hard after the hand stand.
