45lb Plate Push - down and back
Splits are weird. Stopped watch at the finish of each round. I did not time only exercise but also the rest. So each split was rest to rep end. Except round 1. Pretty even splits. Pleased there.

Great workout. Daniel creation and I liked it. I was solid on the rope and I have not been as of late. Rocked the GHD'S. Daniel and I had talked and figured I would just go down on the plate push and not back. Changing to down and backs sparked entirely from being lazy. I did not want to waste time walking down to get the plate. Ha! Again another great WOD designed by Daniel. Thanks brother.
