1/16/14 Bench Press, Stretching


Bench Press

Wrist are pretty sore from the Squat workout the other day.  Really bothered me today.

This was my 4th day in so I wanted to do something but wanted to get a good stretch in as well.  Worked range of motion on hips and shoulders.
