Body Squats, Jump Rope, Push-ups, Back Extensions, Pull-ups


15 Minutes for reps
1 min - Body Squats - 57reps
2 min - Jumprope - 241reps
3 min - Push-ups - 105 reps
4 min - Back Extensions - 130reps
5 min - Pull-ups 52reps

Total Reps - 585

Good workout.  I was burnt at the end.  My grip was toast.  I fell off the wagon during the back extensions and the pull-ups.
