Turkish get ups, SDLHP

Heavy Turkish-get-ups 1 set is right arm switch and left arm

Could not find a max on this.  I can only guess that this is a PR.  I don't remember going over 55lbs but I might have.  75lbs was a lot of work I think I could have gone higher.  Better safe than sorry.  I just have not been feeling good lately.  Sore in the back and just exhausted all over.  I am hoping from just getting back into this.
