Did this one late Sunday night. Had to take puppies to Springfield for training classes. My back has been a wierd kind of sore. Not pain but just uncomfortable. These KB swings were rough. My Dumbells are the adjustable kind and go to 90lbs but are awkard and the plates wiggle a bit on the swings. 55lbs seemed a bit uncontrolable with these and were not smooth. I got them done but worried about my back most of the time. The Box jump burpees were interesting. I struggled getting into box jump position coming off both feet. Not to mention it was a kitchen chair. I also just can't go any faster on box jump. Having to step down so I don't jar my back takes for ever getting set.
I am exausted but man it feels good to be working out again and having Jen on board for the Crunches and Push-ups. We are making each other do them every day. Awesome.
