Step-ups

Started with 25lbs and worked up to 40 only got 8 of the 40lb'ers.

Like this - 40 x 25lbs dumbell, 40 x 30lbs, 40 x 35lbs, got 8 of the 40lb'ers.

I was supposed to go dead-lifts heavy and then a ton of power cleans.  My back on the right side just kept biting.  Decided to adapt.  Daniel came up with this sub.  Did a few plate pushes after and some walking lunges with the 45lb plate on my shoulders probably 4 yards.

Crunches - 500
Push-ups - 100

Total for year
Crunches - 6000
Push-ups - 900
