My goal was to do 50 as fast as I could so I could compare with the guys, but I did this on one of the racks with the bar that spins. I did get in a rythm but with the bar spinning in my hand I was really having to work to stay in that rythm. I came off the bar after number 30. Jumped back on pretty quick and was so frustrated after firing off 3 I just quit. I will try this again in a few days on a bar that does not move.
