Bike, Crunches, Push-ups, and KB swings

Biked 6 miles with the kids.  Fartlek Friday.

100 kettlebell swings @ 40lb w/ dumbell during sets of crunches and push-ups.  4 sets of 25reps.

In the evening with Jen.

My feet are very sore from yesterday.  Running on the tile floor in wrestling shoes hammered my feet.  So much so it feels like I have plantarfacitis.  I will need to be sure I have my toe shoes on as much as I can this weekend.  Might take tomorrow off a WOD and just wear the weight vest as much as possible.  It is still under repair but I can use it.  We shall see if I can remember.

I would also like to have a goal of some weight to KB swing every day not sure if I can pull this off.  I am saving up to buy a few KB's with the padding on them for the house so I can set them on the floor in the exercise room.
