50 yard prowler or dog sled push w/ 180 lbs - we did 90lb Plate Push - Down and back
10 Evil Wheels - Curl bar, with 25lb plates on either side. (on knees and extend arms straight out in front of you, chest to floor and pull back to knees.)

This one was rough. I am shot. Not totaly exhausted but just a feeling of being drained. Low back is sore from I would guess the Wheels. Had a terrible head ache after this one. I got it from the Plate Push, looking up as I pushed. Wierd, I have no idea why but I could feel it while I was going.
