Not a great day but I have been having some back issues over the last week or so. It is also April so my shoulder is giving me problems. Ever since the surgery I no matter the shape I am in April seems to suck. Not sure why. Either way I now have a base line for this workout. I know I could have gone higher. Just seemed to be in my head.
