100 meters, Push-ups, Sit-ups, Squats, Back Extensions

Three rounds for time of:
Run 100 meters = subbed in 50 single jumpropes roughly 25 seconds
50 Push-ups
Run 100 meters = same as above
50 Sit-ups
Run 100 meters = same as above
50 Squats
Run 100 meters = same as above
50 Back extensions

Rounds
1 - 6:47.42
2 - 7:28.10
3 - 7:51.31
TOTAL TIME = 22:06.83
Did this with Jen and the kids.  Had a good time.  I was needing one like this.  Tomorrows will help too.  I plan on working just form on them.  I am exhausted and am having a hard time recovering from Tuesdays lunges and Mondays WOD that schredded my shoulder.  Shoulder still hurting.  Push ups were not great but the pain was much less than it had been.
