Front Squat, GHD, Handstand walk

Completed 4/22/11
Three rounds for time of:

95 pound Front squat, 21 reps
Handstand walk 40 feet
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
Handstand walk 40 feet

1 - 4:39
2 - 6:16
3 - 6:30
Total 17:25

Shouder still hurting.  Back decently sore for some reason.  Two of these I am weak out.  Frist round I caught Danile and had to wait a minute or so as he finished GHD's.  Not a big deal I was just happy to be feeling better than the last few workouts.  So time should have and would have been better but I just took my time.
