Shoulder still hurting but feeling a ton better with the rest of not using it in workouts and the off day. Both shoulders are hurting because of the overheads a few days back. Hope they start to recover. I think we have just been going to hard. Between school, practice, meets and family I am worn down. Just don't feel right most days. I am still pr'ing but man I don't feel right.
