Did this at the campground. Used picnic table bench with arms behind me legs out front straight heels as post for I guess a reverse dip. For some reason this does not engage the muscle group in my shoulders that hurt so I was able to do them for a very good burn. Legs are fried after 300 body squats. Flew through the first two sets. Set four and five were rough I was bogging down on everything. Still happy with today.
