This was brutal. My head just was not in it to start but all three exercises are my strengths. I started to roll. During round 6 I started to dry heave. That sucked. I did some more at the end of the round. Took some time here roughly 20+ seconds were added here for that. I know if I had not had that happen I would have come dang close to finishing the 14th round in full. For not wanting to be in the gym today I sure put up a decent WOD.
