800 meter run warm up

10 Pull-ups
10 KB Swings @ 40lbs
10 Butterfly Sit-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Toes-to-bar
10 SDLHP @ 40lbs
Run 400 meters

Trying to recover today but wanted some movement.  Still was tired.
