Man this hurt!  Still sick and body is not responding well.  I was able to do everything unbroken but the jump rope.  I can only assume balance is off with the sinus infection stuff.  A few of the rounds I did unbroken on the jumps but not all of them.  Did this with Daniel 6:30am.  Good to have a good bud in.
