Chain ends hooked (2) wide grip incline bench @ 115lbs / Incline palms up Flys @ 20lbs dumbbells
Behind head Y @ 20lbs Dumbbell / Ring Push-ups

Gave blood yesterday.  Felt decent today.  Did not push crazy hard.
