Bike, push-ups, abs

7 mile bike ride with Anna and Emily

Got back and did the following
50 Push-ups
100 R-L-C
100 Penguins
100 Rope climbers
100 Crunches
25/25 Obliques rt/lt side
100 Crunches
50 Push-ups

Cold today but fun to be out with the girls.
