30 minutes fat burn 80 plus avg.
30 minutes self adjust levels 4 to 8.
Forgot to post this so have to back date. Took girls to piano so did not get in to the weightroom. I need to be on this more often but I don't like missing crossfiting. Need to get back on the diet.
