AM ride with the girls, exercise at the lake

Rode 6 miles with the girls.

After ride/run I went down to the dock and did the following.
500 Crunches
Sets of 25 push-ups - to 100
500 Crunches
Sets of 25 push-ups - to 50
Swam roughly 200 meters
Sets of 25 push-ups - to 50

Total
1000 crunches
200 push-ups
