PM - 3 mile cardio equivalent bike ride multiple laps at Dunnegan.
Ran 1 mile, broke down like last time in Vibrams. 400 slow, rest, 400 a bit faster, rest, 400 faster =
1:44, rest, 400 faster = 1:22.
