South Central Regional Event 4

For time: 14:15 Had to stop in the Hand Stand Push ups and strip out shoulder.

10 Muscle-ups Got 5 reg. first time ever in a workout! Then switched to lower rings same form though.

15 Handstand push-ups These sucked today. Left shoulder hurting from yesterday.

155 pound Squat clean, 20 reps as RX'ed!!!

Run 550 meters = as usual adapted and biked 1100.

Dry heaved for first 400 meters on the bike. Yea that sucked.

Jen did the work out too. She was hurting pretty bad. She ran 5 this am pretty hard.
