Single arm Triceps extension left/right @ 25lbs
Push-ups

Wall ball @ 20lbs ball
Ball slams @ 20lbs ball

Spider curls @ 65lbs
Dumbbell Shoulder press @ 35lbs

Lawnmower Row @ 90lbs
Grenade Push @ 90lbs

120 total GHD sit-ups

Felt completely unmotivated today.
