Prowler Push - Down and Back about a stride from Garage door turned around about a stride and 1/2 from the desk at windows. 2 minutes recovery between efforts.

Felt pretty good about today. Today was 14 days since I aggrivated my back. I am still not well but I could not stand not working out any longer. Just did stuff that would not aggrivate things any more.
