Not terrible today but not happy. I had to put the rings a bit lower than usual after 1st round, I still can not to a pistol squat with out putting my hand on something for balance and a little help. The hand stand walks stunk as usual too.
Will finish up tonight with 500 crunches. Hopefully more.
