22 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
22 Box jump, 24 inch box
Run 400 meters = Rode roughly 600 meters was not pushing very hard.
22 Burpees = all rounds unbroken
22 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball = Last round unbroken!
No way to excape it this one hurt. I woke up sore from the last two days. Not hurting just that feeling of fatigue and drained. I was correct this one killed me. Did not help my bike got a flat on the 4th round so I jumped rope instead.
