11/14/13 Pull-ups, Body Squats, GHD's

For time:
50 Pull-ups, kipping at about rep 30 on
1 min rest
50 Body Squats
1 min rest
50 GHD's

Splits
P-U's - 2:43
B-S - :55sec
GHD's - 5:19
TOTAL TIME - 11:00 with rest

In a rush with the schedule tonight.  Just wanted to get in a quick burn.  I have to look up how fast I have done 100 pull-ups when I am in shape.  These splits are horrible.  I have also lost my full range of motion with body squats.  I got 90deg but could not go deep the way I used to with deep fluid motion.
