1 mile warm up

600 meter run - I ran the 600 today
6 - Burpees
12 - Bench dips
18 - Windshield wipers
24 - Lunges
30 - Sit-ups w/ a twist

When done
100/100 Mirror Runs
25 Toes to bar

1 mile cool down
