5 hours in the car today and 3 2 days ago. My back is killing me. The truck is falling appart and is making a tremendous noise. I got home and had crazy head ache. The workout hammered me but I did get rid of the headache. Man I was whooped I was having a hard time staying on my feet by round 3. The climbs are rough. I tore up my hand. I am sitting here 2 hours after I finished and am having a hard time keeping my eyes open.
