Morning WOD at make up track practice

Had an extra practice for track kids Incase they miss before first meet.

Warm up/stretch
Plyometrics

WOD
5 Rounds
10 KB Swings @ 70lbs KB
25 Butterfly Sit-ups
20 Lunges
15 Push-ups
25 Sit-ups w/ a Twist
20 Dumbbell Push-Press @ 40lbs Dumbbells

Got dizzy several times during workout.
