3/28/18 Hills

kuds did a workout today of 2 mile steady state/5 to 6 hills/ 2 mile steady state

I had to hammer on the bike both times to stay with all the kids and be ready for times.

I then ran the 6 hill repeats with them on Lillian.

Legs were pretty pooped.
